Perfect Compliment to INKTENSE Pencils & Blocks, Retains details & outline of drawings even with repeated applications of wet media. OUTLINER can be used before adding INKTENSE color pencils, or draw your details and outlines over existing INKTENSE or other Water media compositions.
This is a NEW Unused OUTLINER, a duplicate from another set. Great for Illustrators and other artists who seek marks that outline work that otherwise may smear with layers of Water media applications. My best description of color is that it's similar to a dark Graphite, compatible with range of INKTENSE colors, perfect when you want clear outlines without using black ink which may be too stark of a contrast. A really handy magic INK pencil for your artistic water media kit.
